Could someone tell me which type of video game is a good solution to get fit?

Hi everyone,
to start with, i believe that many people thought that you will find a number that is small of that play videogames, this is what, sometimes the fathers say. But they don’t know, that there ara a complete lot of men and women that play videogames nowadays.
I think that videogames are good for anyone. One positive point is that videogames are a technique of entertainment, but there is however some people that plays all of the day and this are not a entertainment it can become a bad habit to the person.
Another point that is positive i do believe, that some videogames can teach you with another type of way, for exemple some shooting games have a previous history with the World War and others. And you, playing it could learn the history.
The point that they could turn into a fat person because this person don’t do fit in addition, i think that when a person took the videogames with a bad habit will have a eyesight with others points for exemple. Talking about that (the issue of this article), i believe that If you play a sporty game, for exemple the essential games associated with Wii Console, you can certainly do exercise with one of these games. But by other hand, you can do a good exercise, and you could disconect of the screen and the house if you go out to do sport somewhere.

In conclusion, sorry for go up and up utilizing the comment but I think that I don’t like that i have to detail the things.

I think that do exercise inside using an energetic gaming can be better than do the exercise outside, because if for example the friends are a long way away, is complicated to go with they, so play with game titles is way better because if the game is online you are able to play anytime together with your friends and you may plug-in a webcam and play as you are beside the friend.

I think that meet friends outside is better than play video games. In my opinion, it isn’t very weel for the children in which to stay front of a screen all of the day, because it cause eyes and back problems and addition so a lot of teens 123helpme sign up do not meet they’re friends simply because they’re playing video games. Some people think is way better to go outside with your friends, to meet up with they or even to do exercice because to try out all the day causes so problems that are many. I belive that the video games are good to socializing along with other people that various other places of the world and know new cultures, plus in a day that is rainy you can’t go outside you can easily play video games.

In my experience the type is thought by me of games like just dance that forces to maneuver to produce points and win the overall game are losing popularity due to the fact are other games which are more enjoyable and also you dont need to stan up of the sit.

well just dance and physical games will always be making the big bucks otherwise Ugandan Knuckles would never had became such a big meme because VR chat was a physical game and where it gained popularity.Also motion controls are on every device like kinect on xbox, phones have physical stuff, vr, PlayStation move still exists,etc

I think that playing outside your home is more preferable than play video games. All the time at first place, it is bad for your eyes and it can give you headache if you are looking the screen. However, if that you don’t play a complete lot of the time is pretty good to play online with your friends for a while. You need not play a lot of time with videogames, you have to go outside your house, meet your friends and also a time that is good.

During my oppinion, I believe that playing outside is way better than video gaming. Firstly, it is really not advantageous to your eyes near sighted.. in addition, it is not real, so maybe you are good in games if you pay attention in the desktop, it takes you eyestrain and with a longtime can make you. But in the fact, you dont understand how to play it well outside. And so it is very good for your healthy if you play outside, you can breath the clearly air and act more.

I think some kind of video games may be of help for lazy people. For instance PokemonGo became really popular last summer and pushed lots of “gamers” to venture out and locate pokemons. Exactly the same happened when Wii Fit first arrived on the scene. Playing a video game is not just like heading out and running, or playing volleyball or swimming, but it is at something that is least. A small step to become more and more fit.
